Use the ownership dropdown menu to filter your formatives and practice sets by ownership, you can select to view formatives and practice sets owned by anyone, only formatives and practice sets owned by you, or only formatives and practice sets that are owned by others and were shared with you:

User the types dropdown menu to filter the list down by the type of item, you can select to view only formatives, only practice sets, or all types.

Use the "Filters" dropdown menu to reveal additional filters as seen below. The dropdown will open in a right-side panel

Filter to only your assigned formatives and practice sets or only your unassigned formatives and practice sets:

Filter by years tagged:

Filter by grade levels tagged to formatives or practice sets:

Filter by the subjects tagged to formatives or practice sets:

Filter by the formative type tagged on formatives:

Filter to view only formatives tagged as Common Assessments (Gold feature)

On your "Formatives" page use the sorting drop down menu in the top right:
